1.What are the delivery charges?
Shipping charges depend on the item or location.
Please check the delivery charges at the checkout page for the more assistance.
2.Where do you ship your item from?
We ship from a number of global locations. Even when we ship from an overseas location there will be no import VAT to pay whatsoever. If you do happen to receive an import bill from FEDEX or DHL please send to us and we will have it paid immediately.
3.Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that the our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
In Maximum cases we have ready stock, but just in case if we doesn’t, it will take time too but in this case we will contact you and will share the information about this.
4.What is the estimated delivery time?
Our Estimated time for the delivery is 5-6 days excluding public holidays and sat/sun.
Estimated delivery time depends on the following factors too:
The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of our Store.
Stock availability.
5.Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by zhilian-eshop.com?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on zhilian-eshop.com. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay. Delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the shipping policy.
6.Does zhilian-eshop.com ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. There will be some additional charges for it and you will be assisted on the checkout page for the charges and availability for delivery on the desired destination for the shipment.
